Interviewly is a recruitment platform owned by Stratega CEE Sp. z o.o. (NIP 7692223109). Stratega CEE Sp. z o.o. is the controller of your personal data.

2. Data we process

We process data you provide when registering and using the platform, including name, email, phone, country, city, language, platform roles, project preferences, screener answers, project participation history and payment or settlement details.

For candidates, we may process professional experience, expectations and availability. For creators, we may process the social profile details you choose to provide.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to create and run your account, match you to research projects, recruitment opportunities and creator campaigns, communicate with you, manage applications and participation, pay incentives, keep participation history and secure the platform.

The legal bases include consent, contract or pre-contract steps, legal obligations and legitimate interests such as project operations, claims handling and service security.

4. Recipients and retention

Data may be shared with authorised Stratega CEE team members, recruiters, IT, hosting, database, communication, accounting and payment providers, and authorities where required by law.

We retain account and participation data while you use the platform and afterwards as required for law, accounting, complaints, claims or consent records.

5. Your rights and cookies

You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority.

We use necessary cookies for service operation and optional analytics or marketing cookies only according to your consent settings.
